Training & Support

Our number one priority is making sure that you succeed. We believe that if we approach our relationship with an attitude of servant leadership and place our franchisees first, everyone will win. We offer a robust training and support program, state-of-the-art technology, proven systems for sales and fulfillment, and access to ongoing support.

Your initial week of training will be done virtually via Zoom with the executive staff and our internal subject matter experts. Ongoing training will be made available via live webinars, conference calls, and online communication tools like Teams.

Discovery Steps:

  1. Introductory Call with a Senior Member of our Executive Staff

During the initial call you will meet with one of our senior staff to help answer any questions you may have without any obligation to you. After the call, we will send you more information to review.

  1. Franchise Disclosure Document Review

This step is for us to provide you with the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Once you have had a chance to review, we will arrange a phone call to discuss in detail. We want to ensure that both sides are clear on all expectations.

  1. Franchise Application and Background Check

To do business with certain clientele, like financial institutions, a franchisee cannot have a criminal background. This is an important aspect of being an EagleONE Franchisee.

  1. Personal One-on-One call with CEO, Mike Hutzel

During this call, you will get to meet with our CEO and Co-Founder, Mike Hutzel. Mike will take time with you personally to answer questions and explain the work we do for our clients. He will also be able to explain a bit about “a day in the life” of a franchisee.

  1. Virtual Discovery Day

Once we have agreed that we are a mutually good fit, we will invite you to attend a virtual discovery day. During discovery day, we will cover all the paperwork and answer any questions or concerns you may still have about your decision.

  1. Sign Franchise Agreement

We will both sign the franchise agreement, franchise funds will be exchanged, and you will officially be an EagleONE franchise owner.

  1. Schedule Training Week

We will schedule our one-week training course with you and other franchise owners. This training week will be where you learn about the brand, about how we service clients, and about the executive staff who will be with you every step of the way to support you and your clients.
